How do I get in touch with the Board of Directors?

You can get in touch with the Board of Directors by either calling Specialty Management at (407) 647-2622 and they will contact the Board, or you can email them directly by clicking here.

Are Board Members Paid?

The Board of Directors are volunteers and are not paid a salary.  You can get in touch with the Board of Directors by either calling Specialty Management at (407) 647-2622 and they will contact the Board, or you can email them directly by clicking here.


Each homeowner received a copy of the Declaration of Deeds, covenant, and restrictions when they closed on their home. A copy may be requested by calling Specialty Management. There will be a $35.00 charge.


Why do we have an Association?

Associations are created by either State, County, or City statues or a combination of all three and they are established to preserve homeowner property value and to maintain common areas of the community.


Who is Specialty Management?

Specialty Management is the managing Agent for the Board of Directors. The are responsible for maintaining the records of the association, they assist in the enforcement of the deeds, covenants, and restrictions, as well as providing general and specific advice to the Board of Directors


What is the function of the A.R.C.

The Architectural Review Committee is currently comprised of the five Board of Directors of the Lexington Village HOA. The Architectural Review Committee reviews and evaluates applications for improvements to homes, structures and properties within Lexington Village to insure compliance with the architectural guidelines established by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.


When is the next Board of Directors or Homeowners Association Meeting?

All meeting are posted on the Community Bulletin Board located in the area reserved for the park off of Newton Road. All meetings will also be posted to Web Site.
